Issayas moved to Ethiopia after working for American Airlines for over eighteen years, where he served as System Engineer, Project Manager and finally as Regional Manager. In Ethiopia Issayas led different sections of the family business including General Manager for ETHAY Soap Factory, Mesfin Trading and Asab Hotel. Currently he provides logistics consolidation services out of Dubai. Issayas holds a BSc. In Computer Science from the University of California Los Angeles.
